This policy explains how the platform Blogify collects and processes your information. By accessing the platform, you acknowledge you have read and agreed to this policy, in addition to the terms of service.

swapps reserves the right to change the privacy policy at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice. If you do not agree with a change, you should cancel your usage of the platform as per the terms of service.

The platform is not yet compliant with GDPR (European Union), LGDP (Brazil) nor CCPA (State of California, United States). If you are covered by any of those privacy regulations, don't use the platform for now. If you are still interested to use the platform, you can send an email to ontact@blogify.site and you will be informed when the platform is compliant with any one which applies to you.


1 Information the platform collects

When you browse the platform website or app, it may collect your IP address at certain section to determine your country. The information may be used to display the available payment methods depending on your location. The platform doesn't store your IP address.

When an account is automatically registered for you, the platform collects your name and email address from the third party service you chose to sign in with. The platform also collects your country from your IP address, as well as your browser language. Your name and email address are used to identify your account through the platform, and provide you service. The country is used to target products, services and communications to your location. The language is used to provide you the platform in your preferred language. The platform stores your name, email address, country and language, all in plain text. The information are automatically updated each time you sign in on the platform.

When you interact with any of the platform Support channel, you may provide your phone number for contact purposes. The platform doesn't store your phone number with your account information.

When you create a website through the platform, it saves all the data as is. The data is used to publish the created website, and show its preview, data and metrics any time you check it.


2 Disclosure

The platform doesn't share any collected nor stored information with any third party, unless required by law.


3 Tracking technologies

Third party tracking technologies are provided by service like Google Analytics or Facebook Analytics. They can collect and store various data as described on each respective provider terms of service and privacy policy.


4 Cancellation

You can request the closure your account as per the terms of service, section Cancellation.

When your account is closed, it is disabled to prevent any further usage of it.

When your account is closed, neither your personal information nor all the data created using it are deleted, for reasons of traceability of the platform.


5 Applicable law

The terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of Cameroon.
